But because I want people to see how when you take away good receivers, even a great QB will struggle. And the Packers still have a great WR left, but you need more than 1 good receiver.

Rodgers 24 of 29 for 285 with 2 TDs it is nice we were able to get 2 rushing TDs this week to help make up for the decimated passing game with Finely, Jones and Cobb out.

It was nice we could rely on 182 rushing yards to keep the clock rolling and the ball out of Petersons hands who was limited to 60 yards where he got 500 yards against the Packers last year.

Lacy 29 carries for 94 yards and Peterson 13 carries for 60 yards

It is a blessing to have the #4 rushing team in the NFL lead by Lacy and Starks to make up for the 3 injured starting receivers so we can keep the clock running. It also helps to have the #4 rushing defense which helps prevent teams using the clock up on Green Bay giving the Packers more chances for scores.

So far it has worked for the next man up to fill in and keep the team going. 50 of the Packers 53 players have never played for a team other than the Packers. A home grown drafted and coached team. With some of the 6 starters still out now starting to come back in the next several weeks this team should be able to improve.

It has been good to be under the radar with all the talk being on Denver, KC, SF, Seattle , NO and such hopefully it can stay that way.
