I think both he and Drew are in their last season in NO.
Peyton should want to go. They are not in a very good place cap-wise. Bad defense - 2 major injuries to what was an average o-line. A 40 year old HOF QB who is up for a new contract. I doubt he will offer up a Hometeam discount. It feels to me that this team is 2 or 3 drafts from being serious contenders in a tough division.

Major injuries? Strief has a MCL sprain. Shouldn't be that long. Armstead avoided the PUP list so hopefully they're back within the next month. Maybe in week 6 following our bye week

As a Panther's fan who lived through multiple injuries to their O-line last year I see what you are going through as a big issue. Our problems just multiplied with a crappy O-line. Granted you have a QB who can better handle that but still....
