How High will NYK & Brooklyn finish?

Both teams are playing good basketball as of late and the East is crappy as we all know. I think if Williams come back sooner that we will see Brooklyn & NYK finish 4th and 5th with Toronto finishing in 3rd after winning the division.

One thing that has surprised me is that the Bulls are "back" as they're just 2 games behind the 3rd seeded Hawks and have won 8 of 10

With how bad the bottom teams in the East are if they didn't make the playoffs then I'd be shocked.
