How Bad is It?

Think I totally bombed this draft last night. New keep starters league. Ended up with the 10th pick in the 10 team league. I was happy with my first two picks but then I think everything went to hell. Hate having the back to back picks then a huge gap. Feel like I was getting sniped all draft. Will be a tough first few weeks until Bell and Gordon are back. That might be my only saving grace.

I would have went RB/WR in the 4th and 6th, over Luck and Gordon. I believe you'd love your team if you did that.

Yeah I could have passed on taking a QB at 4. But didn't really love the guys available so I went with what I hoped would be the best long term value. Though my team would be just fine with Rivers as a starting QB. The RB's I passed on in the 4th were Lacy, McCoy, Rawls, Hyde and Charles. All RB's that I have bypassed in leagues this year.

I'm a huge Gordon fan so don't really dislike the pick. The WR's I passed on for Gordon were Parker, Benjamin, Lockett, Hurns and Treadwell. I think he can easily surpass any of those guys if he stays on the straight and narrow.

Honestly, I don't think it is good at all for a 10 teamer, unless Luck goes nuts. I think you may be looking at a 1-3 type start. Could be tough to dig out.

The good news though: in a 10 team league, there are always more options available on the FA list. You could easily recover.
