At the very best, he is back by late May or early June. Keep in mind it is more likely he gets the dreaded TJ surgery with 5.2 Million down the tubes. This sucks as it limits trade options and a huge strength within the bullpen, but the depth in the bullpen is such that it should be able to withstand this.
