I have never liked Harbaugh at any point in his career and would prefer he doesnt come to Michigan, but make no mistakes ladies, he brings a very hardnosed brand of football with him. It will take some effort to leave Ann Arbor with a victory no matter who your coach is.

He will definitely do what Hoke couldn't do and that is develop talent. This is what he did at Stanford with a bunch of 3 star guys. I'm interested in watching how it will turn out especially being a rival fan. I'm also wondering how long it will be until he wears out his welcome with the AD and bolts back to the NFL.

The AD Harbaugh appoints or the interim AD that was coached by Jack Harbaugh? Haha...decent post up til that little shot.

All we heard after Hoke went 11-2 in his first year, beating Ohio State and winning a BCS bowl was how great he was - with RR's players. We were told to "wait until he gets his type of players, there will be no stopping the Vagerines".

coming from a Florida fan, this is the guy I wanted and I am bummed we didn't even attempt to go after Harbaugh. This dude is a hell of a coach, and if he would of stayed at Stanford he would of won a NC. Congrats MI for getting a hell of a coach and making Urban Meyer one step closer to retiring again lol

That would be odd, since the entire Michigan search contingent was said to be heading to SF to meet with him after the game.

Something I have asked but haven't seen an answer to yet: If this is a done deal, why did the search committee all go to SF to talk to him?
