Like I said in another thread. He was a highly sought after guard a couple seasons ago. I haven’t followed him though

According to this website, which seems to be PFF's rankings, Norwell is slightest less effective than Flowers.

Flowers comes in as the #13 guard, Sherff as the #14 guard, and Norwell as the #17 guard

I found pff ranking for 2021, and it has flowers #13 and norwell #17 of course he was with the jags

He is a grizzly seasoned vet and likely no less than what Flowers was at LG. Nice move I guess.

I would say he is equal and excels in screens... probably knowing we got him triggerd mcckissic signing from RR.. probably can run better screens with Norwell . Could help more on some plays
