Why would you want a guy on your staff that's already responsible for so many michigan losses?
Why would you hire our defensive staff responsible for the most points OSU ever scored on Michigan?

Washington would be the actual blow. As I said, when Mattison was kept on it was kind of expected that he'd just stay on until his contract expired and then retire (this year). So losing him is more like a huh? moment. Losing Washington would be bad. A young guy we got on staff, is one of our best recruiters, being conditioned for a spot on staff, given LB's last year and then to lose all that to OSU would be bad.
