I used to hate Wu Tang Clan because everyone was talking about them and I had never heard them. So I refused to listen to any of their songs. Then one day... I was at my friends house and he wanted to put on something called the GZA, I did not think Wu Tang so I didnt care, was hooked ever since...

Couldn't agree more. And I am probably one of the world's biggest Deep Purple fans -- easily the most represented band on my iPod. But I cannot stomach that ONE SONG that so many think is the only song they ever did. (Much like "Aqualung" from Jethro Tull, posted earlier.)

Classic rock radio has also ruined quite a few Led Zeppelin songs for the same reason.
