Goldy led all 1B in SB by quite a bit. It's not even what he's supposed to do at that position either so that's not fair.

Yeah, I had him on my fantasy team and watched him play quite a bit. He was surprisingly good at stealing bases. I thought he would win the award.

Whether or not it is part of the criteria for voting, it is sort of an unwritten truth that the most valuable player leads their team into the postseason. No complaining on my end because mcclutchen is equally deserving even though goldy was statically better.
