They had some good energy going, then gave up the bad goal by Legwand. They had some good scoring chances before the goal, but couldn't take advantage of the opportunities. Now, it's 104:39 without scoring a goal.

yep. not sure why patty is playing a regular shift. Whoever is cursed to be his linemate seems to end up big minus regularly... -16 is 6th worst forward in the entire league. He's on pace for 59 points. He has 8 points in his last 20 games (only 3 total points at even strength). ONE, yes, 1, even strength goal over the last 24 games and only 3 EV goals over the last 31 games. What a stinkin' loser...

First team to beat a defending SB champion in a playoff game when trailing by 10 points, not to mention winning a playoff game with a 7-9 record. Credit to them; two matchups between Carroll and Harbaugh next season after the labor issues get resolved.

yeah, demers goofed. Of course, getting 1 goal aint gunna win you alot of games. unless thornton and marleau start playing this team isnt gunna win. Not to mention heater's 1 goal in his last 11 games and just 2 in the last 16. If 22M of your roster is dead weight, it's tough to win.

That said, alot of the problem is the 3 on 5 offense with the black hole from the D.

this is some pretty frustrating hockey. I wonder how long before dougie acts...

The sharks desperately miss pavelski too. He was slumping but he adds good depth and shot from the point on the PP (1 for 11 in the last 4 games). 2-4 with him out...
