Gardner Minshew - legit NFL starter?

He had a good rookie year and seems to have a bit of an it factor when it comes to late game.

Garbage roster, FO and coaching staff but I think he will be a good starting QB if the Jags don't ruin him.

Baker has a much better arm than Minshew does from what I've seen of Minshew.

Joe Montana had a weak arm too though.

Tough to say. His decline could've just been playing as a rookie catching up to him. Don't have a problem with Jacksonville rolling with him this year because if he's good then great but if he stinks they're bad enough where they can get Lawrence.

At worst feels like a quality backup.

That's not to say Minshew will be anywhere near as good as Montana, but if you could look at Montana's first couple years and say he was going to be great just based off that, you're lying.
