Low end starter/top end backup as of today. I'd buy him being a tier 3 starter if allowed to develop, which I don't know if that happens in Jacksonville.

He had a good rookie year and seems to have a bit of an it factor when it comes to late game.

Garbage roster, FO and coaching staff but I think he will be a good starting QB if the Jags don't ruin him.

If he can adjust to how defense's started playing him then he's a starter, if not then he's a backup.

Quality Backup is his ceiling in my opinion. kinda like a Matt Moore.
Good enough to hold down the fort in a pinch, but find a new starter soon, if he has to play.

There are a lot of guys worse than him. Jacksonville is a good spot for him to develop. If he was Dallas' starter, there would be talk about him deserving a $30 million a year contract. Not that he's anything special, but there is potential for him to be a quality starter for a number of seasons.

I think he is an elite backup, but can slot in as a low end starter. I don't think he carries a team to victories, but he does not stand in the way of a team winning either.

I would rather have a average consistency over bad play with occasional flashes of brilliance.
