LOL. Playing though injury with a shell of his former team around him.

He's going to be awful this year too. Rams would move on from him if they could but they are locked in due to that contrqct he has.

I posted a video of all of his 2022 interceptions a few posts prior. The overwhelming majority of them were flat out bad decisions.
Receviers running bad routes can look like bad throws as well, but I agree that he had a lot of seemingly unforced errors last season. He still did enough to be a top 5 QB, even with such bad decisions. I would expect him to revert to form, not to continue with an anomaly.

The team may be rough, but it won't be because of Stafford. He's not in position to succeed as things look today. Consistent OL play (or at least lineup) would go a long way. Knowing they are on the verge of a rebuild, of course they would look to potentially move Matt's contract. However, they need to be in position to replace him as well, and they aren't.

I wouldn't put him top 10, but somewhere in the middle of the league.

Okay? I have him ranked as the 4th best QB. And not sure how much of an anomaly it is, he threw 15 interceptions in 2021. Just the type of QB he is. Hes got a good bit of Favre in him.

Stafford will be a contributing factor in them being bad. If he isn't ill be genuinely surprised because he shows all the signs of a washed older player with a lot of wear and tear who has fallen off.

With how that contract is setup they are stuck with him this year and next year at least. The dead cap hit if they moved on from him before 2025 would be too large to handle.

I disagree, so agree to...

If he's at least league average this year, they may not move on from him this winter. They'll likely need a bridge season to a new QB. They did just clear a lot of 2024 cap, maybe that was in prep for taking that potential hit.

The unforced errors in the red zone are the anomaly based on the rest of his career. Adding one more quality target wouldn't hurt.

$91.5M dead cap hit if they move on from him next year. They are stuck with him until 2025 at least.

Yep, probably including 2025.

No it's separate. 2025 is a $42M dead cap hit but if they cut him in 2025 they would actually save $8.5M from his $50.5M caphit.

Not what I meant. He's probably around thru and including 2025.

No...but eagle fans hang to this fact.

I'd rather watch you turds assume Hurts is all that.

Don't need to assume anything at this point. It's been made evidently clear to anyone with functioning eyes that watches football.

Oh you are clearly assuming

What's to assume? This past season already occurred. We saw the elite level of play that Hurts had. We saw him take the Eagles to the #1 seed and then to the Super Bowl. We saw him have one of the best performances by a QB in the Super Bowl.

Last year seldom equals the coming season.

These super ratings you've provided here must be for the 2022 seaon only.

Time to turn the page kid

Jalen Hurts is only 24. He has improved every year. He has a rare commitment and drive to get better. There is no doubt he will continue to improve. He isn't someone to be satisfied by their success.

The Josh Allen comments are accurate. He needs to run less and expose himself less. This is not a Superman contest, Josh.
