Here's mine: I am going to attempt to reign in my trading tendencies and be a bit more patient. Perhaps be a little more cautious with rookies, although that didn't work out too badly for me last year.

For this league, my plan is to do a lot more trading. Unlike the 10 team leagues I play in, this 12 teamer leaves little to nothing on the waiver wire after a few months of the season go by.
