Game Thread: Game 7 vs Steelers

Next 2 games could determine the direction of the team. Win both and it could propel us into an easier 2nd half with a winning record and playoffs most likely. Lose both and we could spiral to a losing season even with an easier second half. Split would give us a chance at least.

Stafford gave the game away last time, so I wont be looking for a sack or turnover to end the Lions final drive. I wouldn't be surprised if it's a "little to late" type of game. The only reason I say that is... the fan base whines about the Lions can't beat a playoff team, you know a team with a winning record.

The Steelers have played a remarkably easy schedule.

A road win against the Chiefs is a big feather in the Steelers cap, but the rest of that schedule is junk. They beat the Vikings, but the Vikings last four wins are against some of the worst teams in the league.

It is hard to say the Steelers are some unstoppable 5-2 team coming to Detroit. They have two great offensive players, and a solid roster, but they have flaws for sure.

Lions should have drafted Dalvin Cook. Ameer Abdullah is a mediocre RB at best. So is the entire stable.
