Don't be a jabroni.
Back at home, that was a disappointing road trip going 1-2 but a strong 60 minute win against the Canucks. Hopefully that carries over to the home game today, it's perplexing how bad they've been at home this season (11-10-6). Game time is 1230PST. Says radio only but last night I noticed on Hulu/ESPN+ it was going to be televised.
Nashville continues to roll and moved into WC1 last night with a win over Colorado 5-1 for their 8th straight win. Kings are in WC2 with 70 points but have 3 games in hand on Nashville and Calgary is 5 points behind LA but have won 5 straight. Kadri straight up sparked that win last night so now would be a good time to get a winning streak going.
Kings won 2-1 against NJ back on 2/15, Kopitar had a SH goal. The Devils are not good at home either so this will be a battle of who's better, Devils on the road or Kings at home. We will see Hughes again, get under his skin again like the Kings did in that game.
Got a lot to do before game time, I think we will see Rittich in net since Talbot has played a few games straight but who knows. The Kings don't generally play well in day games but I'm cautiously optimistic they'll pull this off 4-2.
Buster with a goal, Laferriere and Lizotte and Doughty with an EN.
Let's Go Kings!
