North Carolina in the ACC Championship is the only threat and they are playing good. Other than that Clemson has nothing to worry about

On the flip side.....Clemson's defense is no joke.....and defense plays a huge part in big games like Championship games. Not necessarily, 16-13 defensive struggles but pulling key stops at key times.

Alright, last time ....

We DO NOT "rush" the field. It's actually called "Gathering at the Paw." It is a Clemson tradition. We do this at EVERY game. EVERY GAME! Win or lose, we do this. EVERY game. It's not a matter of it being a big win. It IS a tradition. Every game. I can understand your lack of understanding since you're not allowed and if you do, you have to bulldoze your way through security or whatever. At Clemson, however, it is allowed and encouraged.

We grew up with this tradition. I am 42 and there was no bigger thrill when I was 7,8,9 years old than to be able to meet a player or get a picture with him or actually stand on the same field that my heroes had just played on. I have a 5 year old boy now, who got the biggest thrill last year when I took him down there. He couldn't believe he was right there where they played. It was just simple things, like the orange lettering in the endzone, running down the field past the yard markers, standing in the endzone, standing next to a 6'4" beast, HE LOVED IT.. It's something he'll never forget and I didn't either. So talk all the shit you want, it is a special tradition to those of us who have experienced it.
