RHP Neftali Feliz, when he returns from the disabled list, probably will be a reliever the rest of the year, Rangers CEO Nolan Ryan said. Ryan made the comment Thursday while speaking at a charity function. He gave no indication how the Rangers would view Feliz's role after this season. A reliever the previous three years, Feliz moved into the rotation this year and went 3-1 with a 3.16 ERA in eight games (seven starts) before he went on the DL on Monday due to a sprained elbow ligament.
