This is what I got from him - he wants her as a female.

Jackie Burkhart, That 70s Show... in more ways than 1. And I think she classifies as a female and not a kid, but ultimately, it probably won't matter.

He was only berated as the worst character because he just wanted to get high all the time. He was hilarious! Have you seen the episodes where they discover how he was created?

Yea I've seen it, one of the few episodes I won't rewatch five times.
I took that scene as more Matt n Trey doing a little self deprecation, as in, "yea, we know Towlie sucks and was a bad idea". Haven't seen him since, which is telling to me
