I got a Fandago gift card last Spring so i decided during the holidays to use some of it. Why do you have to go to the box office to pick up the tickets after you purchased them online. I don't have a printer to print out the thing that has the confirmation # and movie and time I want to see .so is it okay to write the thing down on paper and show it to them?

Not really. Maybe you can get by with a number (but maybe not) but you're making it more difficult. If you can't print out the ticket, just go there and get the tickets there it's pretty easy. I usually print them out but have picked them up at the box office too.

Fandango is suppose to make you skip the box office

This was a couple weeks after the movie opened. It had nothing to do with the rush on the movie.

Still you should've bought them early
