Problem is, it's not just about Brady. The court has already decided in previous rulings it will not interfere with NFL's private rulings. See: Rice, Bounty, and of course Brady. Because the NFL ruling power was collectively bargained by the NFLPA, the players had their chance to have a say in the matters of discipline, and agreed to hand over all matters to Goodell. I simply don't see a court interfering with a CBA in which the players agreed to.maybe maybe not

NFL still has to follow proper procedure which NFLPA claims they did not
both sides are doubling down
Im hoping that this case cripples Goodell and the New York Gang but we will have to wait and see
