Risky imo. I know he wants to play but a TRO just gives the NFL more time to dig. If they find anything else could work out poorly for him. That said good for him sticking to his guns.

I would think the TRO would be granted.

It's not hard to show why it should be granted while his case is heard. It's clear he would be irreparably harmed financially if he sits out, and then he's found not guilty and has no suspension to serve. You can't get back those 6 games, even if they do back-pay him, the team suffers from not having its star RB on the field.
