Personally I like it! But that might mean the Eagles are going to deal Sproles. Stay tuned!

Chip might want him but Murray isn't going to sign up for a timeshare a year after leading the league in rushing, no matter the money. This is a bunch of hot air pumped out by an agent who's trying his best to get his client a payday.

Those 2 playing through a whole season is icing on the cake

But IMO this Eagles team needs a strong defense and having a strong defense will pave the road to a SB more so than the offense staying healthy

The D will be fine to upper echelon. We have 7 above average starters in the front 7, 4 of them well above average (Cox, Barwin, Kendricks, Alonso), 1 of those a flat out star (Cox) and a second if he's healthy (Alonso). We have at least 2 average starters in the secondary even though I'm not a Maxwell fan. The other 2 secondary spots are definitely big question marks, but will probably still be addressed in FA or high in the draft.

I think this team is shaping up to be spectacular if Bradford can remain upright.

For some cheap Mathews insurance, I'd sign Ahmad Bradshaw for the vet minimum if he's healthy. Probably no space for him in Indy now. He looked really good before he got hurt in Indy last year.

Matthews contract is not starter sort of money. The Eagles could still legitamately be looking Murray

Deep draft in running backs, could use a 4th round pick on one and get similar production than what the broken down Mathews will provide. Oh wait we traded our 4th round pick for a broken down QB.

On the field Ryan Matthews is one of the most gifted runners….problem is he rarely stays healthy and has a bit of a fumbling issue. I can't speak on his pass protection as I do not know enough here. Are contract details out yet? I just got home from work and have a bunch of stuff to catch up on.

Latest update I just heard on NFLN was that Demarco plans to make a decision tonight, but they don't have any indication(s) who has the current advantage.
