That sounds reasonable - - is there a setting on the site to limit it to just those - - or would it be an 'honor' thing ?

"Only players on the NFL Injured Reserve List (out for the season) and PUP List may be moved to the Injured Reserve slot"

So yes it can be set this way and automatically enforced by the site. If IR is used, the default, without this box checked, is any player fantrax marks with a red flag, any given week.
