How about Cardale????Same here.... being the only Bills fan. But I feel like a change anyway.
If Tyrod Taylor is not the starting QB next year, I will not watch a game. I will still be a fantasy junkie, but I refuse to watch a switch to Jay Cutler or Mike Glennon or Matt Cassell or Kyle Orton or Ryan Fitzcrapstick or Mike Vick or Brett Favre or Peyton Manning or Mr. Paul Blake himself!

The player would have to be on the real life IR or at minimum PUP list, not just doubtful or out, or suspended.
We use IR in D2, same requirements, so must be a setting.
I am in one on Fantrax that uses them, but it is not D2.
I am in favor of IR but it's not a deal breaker for me.
We do use it in D2, got Chris Johnson on IR.
There's a box to check on the fantrax setup ;
"Only players on the NFL Injured Reserve List (out for the season) and PUP List may be moved to the Injured Reserve slot"
So yes it can be set this way and automatically enforced by the site. If IR is used, the default, without this box checked, is any player fantrax marks with a red flag, any given week.
