Dove killing tonight

Going to have a Dove shoot tonight, should be a good one.

I wish. The dove are the fattest I've seen in years up here. But due to health reasons I won't be able to go. (I could but if it didn't kill me my doctor probably would.)

We even have some white wing around this year. Don't see them too often, last one I shot was back in '05 or '06.

Dove blood was spilled. Love it when you are into the hunt like twenty minutes and you have to stop everyone to get a bird count.

Limited out in about 1 1/2 at a cost of about 100 shells. The weather was cloudy with light rain. Seemed like the doves took forever to show up. Great time and wonderful table fare.

It's people like this that give hunting a bad name. Damn. I hope they go with federal charges, this has been happening too much in west Kansas lately.
