Sixers don't end up with Anthony Bennett but they still get a first rounder out of it and considering that Thad is an FA after the end of the 2014-15 season, that's not a bad haul

Yeah, I'm a bit sad since I thought Bennett was a done deal, but apparently he wasn't. A first rounder for Thad isn't too bad (it is just going to be a mid to late first rounder though). But as you said, Thad is a free agent in a few years and there was no way he was going to stay around in Philly.

Always liked Thad. A hard worker and awkward to defend. Minn did well on their Love deal.
