When he came into the league, he bragged about not having to train in the off season. That may have changed by now, but IMO he has a lazy streak and will always take the easy route when able. So I put up a no vote.
he has like 8 kids not lazy

If he was smart he would blame the no rings on Eli, since it was the Manning camp refusing to sign with the Chargers...

New England already has a backup QB.
Maybe he could compete with Sanchez for starter on the Broncos?
Maybe he could sign with the Cardinals? Palmer likely out for the season after the 1st game.....

Might be your only chance if it happens early enough. :hope:

Remember his play in the AFC title game against the Patriots. Fd up knee and played through it. Tomlison sat on the bench pouting with a sprained vagina.

I think he had a torn acl! You can't question his heart.

Their best chance to get to a Superbowl was when they were like 14-2 and they had just intercepted a last Brady pass in the playoffs.

And Troy Brown tore the ball out of the players hands to save the game for the Patriots ... :D

They haven't come close since.

Or maybe the CHargers would have had at least 1 ring by now had they not got rid of Drew Brees for Rivers?

During Rivers' prime years, The Chargers were the class of the AFC West, and other than the Colts, he couldn't beat anyone in the playoffs, even with a 14-2 team.

Well, he did have Marty Shotty as his HC so there's that as well.

As for the question. I don't think so. He has the skills, physical, mental, and intangibles, to win one, but at this point ion his career I'm not diggin his chances.

That ship sailed. I think he only probably had 2-3 Super Bowl caliber rosters in his career. Defense wins super bowls.

A better question: does Aaron Rodgers win any more Super Bowls?

I'm going with a solid definite maybe. Book it!

Great question, I'd say no, just don't see the Packers putting enough talent around him with their timid approach to acquiring talent and keeping it.

Good QB, but does not have "it".

That's ridiculous. Of course he has "it." He deserved the MVP in 2008 when Manning won it. He got screwed out of a SB appearance because of a terrible call in the AFCCG. He was arguably the best QB in the NFL for 5-year stretch or so.

Winning a SB doesn't require "it." Rivers has more "it" than Joe Flacco does. The Chargers just don't have Ozzie Newsome; thus they never had a truly great team.

Chargers need a good defense to help him out... Rivers can ball though, definitely a good QB ... He could get it done with the right guy's around him...
