Keeping a coach for a year after firing the previous in less than a year and generally averaging 2 years per coach since Shanny isn’t a good look. Any HC candidate is going to see that as a red flag.

Rapoport recently tweeted those two are still in play. He mentioned expect a Sean Payton press conference later this week if Harbaugh doesn’t change his mind.
