Is/was anyone else into this show? In my opinion, on a short list of the greatest pieces of art of any form ever created. The dialogue alone puts it into the legendary TV shows ever, but along with the amazing acting, characters, scenery, music, direction, everything.....its a collaborative effort of perfection that puts it among the best productions ever made.

Some snippets (the best-of this show will usually involve Ian McShane, aka Al Swearengen, the best character in the history of TV:

Hell on Wheels is a decent series too as far as westerns go.

No, not being brought back.......I guess I used the present tense "is" because I still watch old episodes regularly on HBO On Demand. Still going to me!

Call me a prude but that show went waaaaay overboard on the language, etc. More f-bombs than Lebowski and most felt unnecessary.

Deadwood is one of my favorite shows ever. I'd put it up with Six Feet Under, The Sopranos, and True Detective.

The writing is spectacular.

Highly doubtful. It's been the better part of a decade since the last season was produced.

great show. I can pretty much watch anything Timothy Olyphant does. Wish Justified was on HBO, but Fox did ok with it.
Really good show, glad he got it scheduled again.

Jane is a great character. Her and the Ni**er General drinking together was high comedy.
