Quite bluntly he didn't get it in Washington. Took a scenery change to get his head screwed on straight, imo. Nothing Washington could have done for him at that point.

He was awful over here. Blown coverages and missed tackles basically every game. He did better in Oakland but I would want to see more from him. The raiders did not have to give him this deal.
