I honestly think Redskins fans were spoiled by potential and to a degree production at the TE position.

We went from Cooley to Davis(Fred) to Reed/Davis(Vernon) and now we have Sprinkle.

Sprinkles are great on donuts, but I think he has not excited us as a TE because.. y'all mf'rs is spoiled at this point.

This is why us mf'ers need you around here more.

BTW …. tell your son I knew Matt Iowhatisname was but I follow Temple because I am originally from up there. I thought he had a chance to be good but didn't know that for sure. Matt Rhule had my nephew up for tryout camp too. He didn't get an offer but we appreciated the chance.

The thing that stood out to me the most in this NFL draft was the domination of the SEC. It must be easy to recruit at LSU or Bama because all you have to tell a potential recruit is that if you play for us you will get drafted in the NFL and that was almost the case.

Same is pretty true with OSU and Clemson but yeah the SEC dominates.

I guess the Skins might look to get Howard for the 3rd rounder they got for TW. I have a feeling the Skins settle for Trey Burton.

I wouldn’t give up a third for Howard, so I would be fine with Burton. I would give a fifth, perhaps a fourth for Howard.

yes he is how the hell do you get that he is not still have to have rotations and Howard is not that great
RK's salary is the big thing and if you can turn it and fill a need with it at TE its worth looking at . the thing is the cap with the bucks

ok but the Redskins are not cap strapped and the trade of RK for Howard straight up is not equal value

First, try to formulate sentences properly when you are angry.

Now, in a nutshell, RK will be a backup. If Howard comes here, he will be a starter.

The word rotation in this manner is a horrible word. It makes it seem like RK is going to be splitting EQUAL time with Sweat and Young. He won’t be. He will probably get 20 snaps per game, tops. From there, RKs contract is more valuable to this team in a rollover.

As for Howard, I am not a huge fan. I think he was highly overrated coming out of college And I think that has been proven by his NFL performance. That being said, he would be a huge upgrade at TE and a full-time starter. Hell, he may never be able to take a break because his backups are so far behind him.
