Appeared again on the Kevin Slaten radio show and said he will be doing a segment re-examining the Freeh report. He said he now realizes there are many holes in it and it needs to be looked at. If we can get someone with some clout like COstas to change his tune and due it on a major network, it can be nothing but good news. Remember, he was calling for the death penalty after being told by a producer the freeh report was very credible and before reading it.....blames it on being tied up with Olympics. Hopefully he gets Blehar on his show with the new info he put out in his latest video (i'll post a link to it later, very good stuff). Zeigler has also said he will be passing all of his info on to Costas as well.

What else is he going to say??

People are shredding his precious Freeh report that all the sanctions are based on, thus lending more merit to the lawsuits filed against the NCAA. Blehar's latest also shows some shady stuff by the former State AG and the Grand Jury presentment.

Emmert is tied to the sanctions against us and the investigation of Miami. Its his legacy. He's not going to do it willingly, but smart money says if PA case gets standing, they'll file for an immediate stay on the sanctions, then proceed to destroy Emmert in court as his entire basis for he sanctions has been proven to be an opinion piece backed by no facts.

Emmert can run around and say what he wants, but as much as he thinks it, he's not above the law.

Also if people with great influence like Costas start questioning them, it will create a swell against them like the one that caused the sanctions. Emmert bowed to public and media pressure based on an opinion piece.
