I know @Bandit does all the stats. I'm a little foggy on the relegation rules but how come sometimes 4 move down to BATG? That seems to be a pretty stiff penalty to me and could use some tweaking. No?

It's only if the B league outscores the A league by at least 168 points for the season which is only one point per team per week (12 x 14). Honestly though, two years ago the only reason Trudem and I got sent to B was because of this rule but it still seems fair to me. If you get outscored by the "lesser" league by that many points they deserve to have four teams move up to the big leagues in my opinion.

Agree with Bandit - and Joe the question should have been 'how come 4 teams move up'. .... Answer: cause they were superior that year.

I am good with Bandit's proposal.

On Treff's proposal I could care either way.

I vote no on Chef's proposal. Seeing how I don't drink anymore. No nobody knows how hard it is to be a fish that doesn't drink.

And that's one of the many reasons why I'm proud to say eaglesnut will always have an automatic no vote from me

Why do you need charity to get out of last place?

Remove the rolling waivers and replace with weekly reset by standings, worst to first..

But, I know that won't get support, so ta hell with it, as Harry Doyle would say.

I got nothing

Weekly reset is the worst rule ever.

Zero strategy in that. It is a rule for beginner leagues. We are not that.

and honestly, we kinda are.. Our rules have always been as simplistic as possible. So that the best owner in identifying the best players wins, not the player who manipulates scoring or the rules the best..we are not beginners, but the the league was setup to not have rules create the strategy of the league, always has been

as you've stated, and we've debated before, yet I still disagree

I know your position, but for the life of me can’t understand it.

Any rule that favors certain teams over the rest is a bad rule. Everyone should have the same opportunity on waivers, whether it be the way we have it or FAAB.

Don’t punish the teams that draft well and have early success.

Also, resetting waivers means there is zero strategy as far as when to use your top claim. The way we have it now you really have to think.

Is it worth using the top spot on the next RB that might only have the job 2 or 3 weeks, or should I wait?

With resting waivers it isn’t even a thought. You use the waiver every time.

I can’t even begin to explain how much I hate that.
