At least they 'bounced back' from the 5-11 in 2015 to being 8-8 in 2016 with one of the more stout defenses in the league. They showed great promise. Not really Harb's fault they were one of the most injured teams in the league, amirite @Oldschool739 ?

The rebuild always comes around no matter how well you draft... Essentially the same thing happened to Tomlin in '12 & '13 with back to back 8-8 seasons.

Pagano...two season removed from 11-5. The GM went LY, but you can't have a #1 overall pick @ QB and continue to be mediocre.

Bowles...the Jets are shaping up or shaping down if you will to be the worst team in the NFL. They will start the Sam Darnold (insert other QB here) with a new head coach.

Dirk Koetter...I'm not saying he will get fired, but the Bucs are close to being a playoff team...sliding back to a 7-9 type record might be too much for Dirk to overcome.

Yep, and Joe was hurrying passes at times last year too, trying to protect that new knee he was still recovering from...
And missing all of OTA's ,TC and half of the pre season...He's looked awesome in practice , and is expected to have a breakout season with the new weapons and a beefed up secondary to bolster last years #3 D...

Rams are a tough team but I see the Cards as more of a threat to the NFC West. At least there will be no more Jeff Fisher trick plays.

But as always, it doesn't matter if either team is having to play 3rd stringers or practice squad players, the games are always brutally contested. That's what makes this rivalry the best in the business.
