I didn't hear a lot about how obnoxious Cleveland fans were when the Cavs broke the longest running championship drought for a city with all three major sports.

You can say "well, it would happen with every fanbase" and to an extent you'd be right. Philly fans, generally speaking, are horrible, though.

Yes, Philly fans are unique. But I appreciate a fanbase that is passionate for their team (maybe sometimes over the top) rather than have an indifferent trendy crowd, like most in Miami or LA for example.

Depends on the sport too, I guess. Basketball is different in many cities as opposed to football - I'd imagine that the city would react differently if the Browns won the SB as opposed to what the Cavs did, some cities are more particular to a certain sport than others.

If the Browns actually won the Super Bowl in the near future, I doubt Cleveland fans would be able to be any more civilized right after their victory than any of the supposed Eagle troublemakers have been doing.

Like I said, all the criticism Eagle fans have been receiving, just a bunch of envious posers wishing they were in our position to know what it feels like. I know that sounds douchey, but what the hell. I say let the people have their fun, talk as much smack as they want. SB CHAMPS, BABY!!!!

I don't let the shit bother me honestly. I simply ignore and move on. At the end of the day we are the champs and the future looks great for us. That alone will make our division rivals lose sleep at night.
