I concur it's a brutal schedule, but to be the best, you have to beat the best Wooo
The 6 after the first 7 are actually pretty tough. Just doesn't get much easier the last 3 or first 7.

Playing the Blowholes in September is an automatic Patriots loss, I don't care what kind of team the Pats bring down there.
Does that mean the guppies finally play in the cold for once in who knows how many years? Guess the NFL scheduling conspirators finally gave up.

Screen jumped on me as I was entering vote. Says no but I meant yes.

An excellent chance of repeating.

We'll look out for you Hank, all polls from now on will only have 1 answer to choose...
See how easy your dilemma was cured !!!!!

Last team to do it was Americas favorite team, the new england juggernauts. 2003-2004.

Can they do it again?

Key loss - Gronk. Huge, no 2 ways about it.

Key additions - gordon, demarious thomas, bennet on D, and a good draft all around.

The defense is vastly improved, to the point i think they may be a top 5 defense.

I voted no.... Mostly because I just don't want them too....:dhd:

Poll 50/50 on Y/N

Of course they can repeat.

In all honesty why can't they? Who's going to stop them?

They have what appears to be a better offense. Oline could be a concern with the Andrews injury. Damn I wish Centers didn't matter. Regardless NE is going to be more of an offesive nightmare match more than ever before. The receivers (Thomas, Harry, Gordon) are more the size of TEs. Add in this kid Meyers and JE11 running over the middle. White and Michwl coming out of the backfield who can match up with that?

D being coached by BB also looks better than most recent teams. BB is going to show more formations then even previous years. If Jamie Collins learned to maintain his zone during his hiatus other teams can just fuggetaboutit.

#7 is closer than you know.

Me stating Mahomes>Brady in the present is not really a HOF call.

That's also arguable when you consider intangibles like experience and decision making but it's not what we were talking about. Your claim that PM is what Luck was hyped to be is premature. He had one hell of a rookie year.....let's see if he's still in the league a few years from now.

....and that's not a prediction that he won't be.

But no team has repeated since 2004. And NE's SB wins have all been nailbiters (sure the final score was not close against LA but it WAS close). If LAR improves their confidence from last year and no other overrated team wins the NFC (talent-based teams like Atlanta, Carolina, Chicago and anyone other than NO, GB, LAR, Philadelphia, Seattle unless it's another underdog team like the Giants (I'm thinking SF could be this if any) then NE may have a tougher time.

I know right.
Imagine if NE didn't squander those early opportunities during the SB.
That game was not as close as the score leads some people to believe.
Stats don't like. Just look at TOP and the number of punts the Lambs had. NE squandered a bunch of opportunities. LAR D gets some credit though.
