I'm not surprised they dropped this one. They looked about as sharp as you'd expect a team to look who got to their hotel after playing the night before less than 11 hours before first pitch. That was pretty brutal scheduling, playing the afternoon after a night game and having to travel in between them.

What do you guys think the starting infield should be? I think Hurdle needs to pick starters and go with them. Bring Harrison off the bench and choose between Kang/Mercer at SS.

No more Sean Rodriguez at short for sure.

Ramirez is at first tonight, so maybe Hurdle's looking for a way to get Mercer at short and Kang at third (best defense) and keep Ramirez's hot bat in the lineup at the same time.

If he handles first well, we might have ourselves a nice offense/defense compromise.
