I'm thinking OSU but wouldn't be surprised if OU wins. I'm definitely waiting til later in the week before I bother with my pickem's incase something happens injury/suspension wise between now and then.

Yeah, suspension season isn't usually over until conference play starts

Hooker has a nose for the ball but some of those passes were garbage lol. I did like that one handed one though. Sick.

Oklahoma seems to have real issues with mobile QBs in recent years and that could really hurt them saturday.

Ohio State's lackluster offensive first half vs Tulsa cannot be repeated if they hope to win. Defense looks solid, but they played 2 patsies so it's difficult to really gauge where they're at. The key to the game will be how well Ohio State plays OU's running game. If they can put a lid on the running game and not let Mayfield beat them with deep balls, they should win handily. Youth in a hostile environment worries me though.

I'm going homer pick. Ohio State 38 - Oklahoma 27

Go Bucks!

I can't believe this didn't get gameday, these two programs playing on each other's campus what a lot of fun this will be.

It's interesting as Oklahoma is very tough to beat at home(unless the opponent is Kansas State for whatever reason), but Urban Meyer hasn't lost a true road game at Ohio State yet. I think Oklahoma might take this one but it will be a good game.
If not here, where the fuck is gameday going to be?

Sooners need a heavy dose of Perine and Mixon Saturday night.
Not is those two don't get some blocking. Giving them the ball a lot without some decent blocking would be like throwing them to the wolves! They are good enough to get by with just decent blocking...doesn't have to be great. But there has to be some!

FSU @ Louisville, which is a Top 10 matchup. Since OU lost it makes sense.
Hmmm, didn't even know those two played this earl. Makes sense as that is probably a more important game right now. And I'm an idiot as Louisville was my pick for underrated team in the underrated/overrated contest.

:thumb: I hope Colorado beats Michigan by 30

Unfortunately Michigan losing to MSU last year bit Ohio State in the ass ... so I'm a little more gun shy in wishing Michigan losses. Granted the Colorado game will have no effect on B1G play.

That moment was priceless. Even it did end up costing us the playoffs

I wouldn't be concerned about Perine and Mixon

Well, maybe Mixon. Perine is arguably the most overrated RB in the NCAA by a pretty wide margin.

The next time he puts up yards on a quality defense will be the first. He racks up all his stats on teams like Kansas and fans go nuts, then he completely disappears against ANY defense that will actually try to stop him.

Mixon might be key......but I'm fairly confident Perine will as usual be a non-factor unless the OU OL completely manhandles tOSU's defensive front......which I highly doubt happens.

If OU wins this game, it will be because Mayfield lit them up.

I see someone has never looked at Perine's stats......

I don't think he's put up 50 yards on any run defense in the top 50 his entire career, I'll have to look that up. But he is the DEFINITION of overrated.

He no shows against EVERY quality D he faces routinely. That's fact......and I know Sooners don't want to hear it. Hell as a Longhorn fan, we fear Mixon more than Perine, he's done NOTHING against us.

Sorry, truth hurts......but he is what he is.
