Here is some interesting information that will make Sooners fans gag when they are comparing our program to Ohio State:

By Rivals’ recruiting rankings, the Buckeyes have signed a total of 81 four- or five-star players since 2012. OU has signed 52. By that standard alone, there is a hell of a talent gap between the two programs.

But this will make you sick: Houston has signed a total of four four- or five-star players since 2012. And Cougar High kicked the living shit out of us.

OK, back to Ohio State: The Buckeyes’ secondary includes one returning starter from last year. OU’s includes three. Which team looked better prepared Saturday night? Which one seemed more physically equipped?
The Buckeyes’ offensive line includes two returning starters. OU’s includes three. Which one looked better prepared and more equipped?

OU's problem is coaching, people.

I agree. Ohio St returned 3 starters on offense and 3 on defense. OU still gets great recruiting but it starts with coaching. Stoops had a great tenure but IMO it is time to part ways. There is too much talent on OU.

We both understand having a down year......even 2-3 down years in a row because of things that just happen. But neither Texas or Oklahoma have any excuse for being as weak as we are now. It's an embarrassment. Bob has saved Charlie's job in the past. Return the favor and please let Charlie cost Bob his job, OK?

Our recruiting has not been great the last 4 years or so. It's been a big problem.
