Looks like there will be a break in the weather from 8-11. Could be some night racing at Bristol tonight. 100% chance of rain until then though.

If NASCAR gets the race in though, the tickets they bought are not refundable. When it rains at a race, you're not worried about how many fans will be in the seat, you're worried about getting the rce in and moving on to next week.
