Nebraska missed the boat on that. Scott was ready to leave this previous season to go back to Nebraska.

But now that Nebraska is stuck with Riley for at least 2-3 years, by then Frost is most likely to be a head coach elsewhere, and I don't see Frost leaving that school after a year of being there.
