brazil was the better team for the last 30 minutes of the first half but the 2nd half was even imo

Brazil was exceedingly superior for last 30 minutes of 1st half. I agree the second half was more square overall with Croatia making some adjustments. But overall because of those 30 minutes I would say Brazil was the better team (that is 1/3 of the game).

With how long players always object and it takes to administer the penalty kick, you would think that is something they could have video review to confirm.

If considered a flop, then issue a yellow card.

But will not change in near future probably... FIFA likes its controversy.
