Our starters this series:

Monday: Flexen
Tuesday: Kikuchi
Wednesday: Gilbert

Safe to say, I don't hold out much hope that we'll accomplish anything against these guys, not with how two of them surrendered when they were IN Houston.

They're more than welcome to prove me wrong, but that's not likely.

I get trading of the player (Graveman), but will never understand the timing and follow-up moves to make up for it. Everyone points to the fact Graveman is a reliever and a free agent, but same people were happy we traded for Castillo who is a reliever with only difference is he is under contract. Being a reliever under contract for me doesn't mean much because of the schizo nature of relievers from year to year. That is why all our relievers this year were signed to one year deals.

Trash. Zero fundimentals. What does this idiot manager teach? They just hand over the lead with some dumbass keystone cop moves in the outfield.

Not banging the trash can, like the Cheaters? Idk, I see “trash” and I automatically thought of this. So I got nothing for ya.

It isn't about getting him back. That ship has sailed. Next year there will be dozens of options and many better than him.

Infielders in the outfield is a Mariners tradition. There must be hundreds of available outfielders around baseball, but no we like .150 hitting infielders out there. Manager of the year I keep reading...lol.

This needed to be point out, chewed out, and called out on. I’m so sick and tired of lazy hitting and especially lazy ass defense…. This in the end is the product of the manager.

Moore picked up the baseball on this base hit and the runner have not even gotten to 3B yet…. He still scored (4-3 Astros). When I was watching this live and saw the 3rd base coach waved in the runner, I’d thought for sure he was toast. But the play at the plate was not even close.

Smart 3B coach taking advantage of the situation... Wish our skipper would do things like that...

I don't get the love fest with Dylan Moore....

The Astros announcers showed a replay and pointed out that while Moore should have thrown the ball to a cutoff man there was no cutoff guy, someone probably wasn't paying attention. It was a huge colossal failure that just handed the game away and they never got it back. Not the 1st time this has happened THIS WEEK. Remember Haniger and Kelenic running up then watching the ball drop the other day?

Good teams are talented AND they don't do this dumb crap while the Mariners are too busy stepping on their d**ks.

1 run scored because Kelenic drops a fly ball.
1 run scored because Murphy doesn’t know how to stay in correct position to make a tag.
1 run scored because Moore decides to not throw home when the guy wasn’t even to third when he got the ball.

Not sure why this team constantly plays this way against the Astros. Its more then just a talent thing and seeing how they play them so much, until its fixed its gonna be tough to compete for anything. It feels like its a mental thing
