Will went to the game as well from his earlier post. He said Vegas odds were astronomical. Lol is someone took those odds they made some great dough tonight.
Yep, I was there. In fact, I sat just two rows behind the A's dugout, so I'm seen in several of the highlights (or lowlights, I should say).

Of course Darvish was quite bad for all but 1-2 innings. And the A's did clobber the ball all night long. But even when they didn't make solid contact, their bloops kept finding holes in the defense. We actually hit a few balls really hard too, but almost always right at someone. The A's definitely had the BABIP luck on their side tonight, not that they needed it.

Alvarez looks really bad too. It looked like he was out there just trying to throw it as hard as he could... definitely a thrower, not a pitcher. But I did like what I saw out of LeClerc in his limited action. And Mendez showed some signs of promise, but he still needs a ton of work.

Oh, and Hoying and Alberto continue to be absolutely worthless. I honestly don't know how either is on a Major League team, much less a contender. I'd take back Drew Stubbs and Adam Rosales over those two clowns in a heartbeat.

Lastly, Marcus Semien is an ass. There were several young children wearing Rangers stuff near the dugout who would ask him for the ball after every inning when he came back to the dugout. And every time he would shake his head no and instead try to toss the ball to this really fat and trashy lady wearing an A's hat about 6 rows back. Rangers fans kept interfering and intercepting the balls he threw, which visibly pissed him off. Long story short, he wanted to deny little kids a baseball because they were wearing Rangers gear. They're little children, you asshat. Kids are what the game is all about.

Family outing set for thr BP today. Hopefully cheer on and. Bring the win home and reduce the number. The real Colby on the mound minus bobblehead. Love to find some momentum. Gomez appears to be peaking. Nomar making strides. Wish we could get Des a jumpstart. He barely missed a double yesterday but he does not look like he is seeing ball well Bring that MN down!

I sure hope Banny doesn't do these screwed up lineups in the playoffs.

Well, I appreciate Gomez' aggressiveness. Ian lucked out.
