Looks like we may be without starting RB Jones-Grigsby and RG Alsadek; both with apparent ankle injuries. True freshman Nick Wilson is gonna need to step up and fill in which I believe he can.

UTSA is a well coached team and the fans (it is Texas) are for the most part very knowledgeable and respectful. Just going on the improvements from last year to this, I think this is going to be a hard fought, close game.

Ya I've been reading some of the nonsense some of their fans have been speaking. It's definately going to be a hard flight game all the way. Hope our boys can handle the pressure.

Damn, I was looking forward to watching Jones-Grigsby again this week. Hopefully he returns soon, he looked pretty solid (yes it was vs. UNLV) but he has some wheels.

Honestly, I think he will try and play. I read somewhere that he mentioned that he felt fine but I guess we'll have to wait and see. I really like Nick Wilson. He showed some great potential that first game but I'm not sure that I want a true freshmen carrying the load in his first road game against a tough defense and rowdy environment. Hope Grigsby can play and be effective if not, Wilson and others are gonna need to step up. Maybe baker or smith?

UTSA will present much more of a challenge than UNLV and it's on the road, so could get interesting. I was surprised to see the spread is only 7??? I've learned through many trips to Vegas not to question their lines so this scares me a bit, lol...but my gut tells me that should be way off! Cats by 17!

Back to reality...if you ever thought games aren't fixed to accomodate spreads, the end of the game should prove to you otherwise. Surely, like 90% of betters would have jumped in AZ -7. The bizarre end of the game where a TD is taken away that would have covered that (10 point win) makes Vegas major bank.
