This will not be an easy game for Arizona at all.

Oregon has won 6 straight and they will be going all out in this game for obvious reasons. The Ducks are on the bubble and a win over AZ would secure them a ticket to the Big Dance. Playing a team in a packed house on the road that has a lot to play for is never easy. Hopefully Miller will have our guys fired up and we can lock up the number 1 overall seed here.

Game is on CBS at 4pm eastern time.

Another thing I just came across looking at Oregon's schedule is that they have four 2 point losses and one 4 point loss. That's gotta be devastating.

Boy I hope so, but this Oregon team played us tough in McKale so I find a blowout to be unlikely

I agree, but I want to know what Sting predicts. I can't go against whatever he thinks!!!

I can see a Zona win in overtime.

Going to be a close game, all game long.

So, are us Zona fans going to post on this game thread or the one on the Arizona wildcats forum?

That last game at OregonSt. will help Zona out in this one. It gave them some stuff to focus on before going in to play at Oregon.

So, are us Zona fans going to post on this game thread or the one on the Arizona wildcats forum?

I'd say the game board on our forum, just because not all of the fans post on the CBB forum (GS and nogi, etc.). But once the game starts, if we all want to come here, I'm fine with it.

This is no gimmie for Arizona. Oregon is on a 6 game win streak and is at home. I'm still not convinced that Arizona has the stuff to beat the top 5 teams in the country due to losing Brandon Ashley. Again Sean Miller has done a remarkable job putting that team back together and if Billy Donovan is not coach of the year, then Sean would by my choice. Anyone can win when things are going well; it takes real leadership to win through adversity and Miller has done that. Now to the game. If Arizona wins tonight, I'm thinking this team is ready to make a deep run....If Arizona blows out Oregon; I'm a believer!

Hahaha, earlier on this thread you called for AZ by 15, now you're playing devil's advocate????

Rune, I don't think that too many AZ fans are thinking that AZ is going to win by double digits. Most of us think this will be a tough one. Oregon can be extremely tough at home, and their fans will make sure that they show up. I guess anything's possible. The beating we put on CU in Boulder, and the Cal game at home were a surprise to most of us, but I guess if AZ comes out on a tear, and Oregon decides not to show up, it could happen here.

But I really think this will be a tough game for both teams. I hope AZ's defense can stay strong, and that our perimeter game is on, allowing us to spread the defense. Rebound well, don't turn the ball over, and MAKE SOME FUCKING FREE THROWS, and we should be fine. If any of the above doesn't happen, and the game gets closer and closer. And obviously it's CBB, we could lose.

CBS knows how to run things. They don't make you watch a blowout and miss the beginning of the next game.
