Uh oh reports from the court house are not looking good for @Rock Strongo and the Patriots. The judge when talking about Brady destroying his phone said "it made no sense" and is "incredible" that he would do such a thing.

The judge also said the evidence of ball tampering by Tom Brady was "compelling and overwhelming." Pretty strong words that this could all get overturned and back in the NFL's favor.

He's playing to the court of public opinion, what the raging crowd wants to hear. Good luck Tom!

Sorry I should say I posted that sarcastically. I doubt anything changes even if the NFL wins. This whole thing could be in court for a very long time costing everybody millions of dollars that should be going to something actually worth our time.

I Think Rock is the deflator.

You would think with how quickly the Patriots abandoned those guys that he would not be a huge Patriot fan. I mean they got thrown under the bus very quickly in the process.

Age, aches, pains and injuries get to all of us eventually. Just last night I sprained my wrist reaching for a bag of FunYuns and another beer.

The other part is Schaub did struggle with some injuries. I think the 2 best years they had he didn't make it to the playoffs and they ended up starting a 3rd string QB if memory serves me right.
I think '12 was the peak when I looked at it earlier today and some of both...he did miss some playoff games and he played in a couple...imo it just wasn't a complete enough team...NE put up 41 on them in that playoff gm.

I agree they were missing some key pieces on both sides of the ball. I mean it was impressive that they went from worst defense in the league to top-3 in one season but I think they were using a lot of smoke and mirrors to have that happen and when they ran into the Patriots they knew where the weaknesses were to expose.

You have a few years on you to remember Funyons...10 cents a bag...then 20, and that was HS and I stopped eating them after that.

I don't think Foster has much left but I'm sure some team will pick him up. Titans? Jaguars?

Yep...good run but the window closed before they had a complete team.

They were brought back. Tom probably gave them extra "Gifts" and the team probably gave them pay raises.
