Watching basketball now since VT is on the uptick but helps somewhat. It's sort of like college for me back in the day, go ahead and bang the semi-cute/fat/annoying chick to get over a break up. Do it enough and you are ready to move on...

Last August I screwed up my knee but have been trying to be lazy to let it recover. Still bothering me. Physical therapist says he believes I damaged the inside of my knee cap (tore my ACL in 2001 and they used my patella tendon as a replacement) so I need to strength all the muscles around it and my ankles to lessen movement in the knee when on uneven ground. With another 40 mile backpacking trip in the beginning of October this will help.

I broke my patella tendon completely off of my knee cap about 20 years ago. Doc insisted on 6 weeks of therapy before realizing that the lump in the middle of my thigh was actually the knee cap.

Thank God for Youtube, I go back and watch the games periodically. With the Combine coming up I get to see how Mayfield, Andrews and Brown do in the Combine (do not really like the NFL all that much but, I like seeing how players do in the Combine/Draft. Spring ball is not far away either.

EPL - one team league that's already over, but the relegation battles will be interesting i guess
NCAA tourney - looking forward to this, i think the bucks have a half decent team
