I just don't trust Kari Lehtonen (he's a slighty better version of Ondrej Pavelec). He can look great, but he can also look downright dreadful.

He has a great chance to prove his detractors wrong. I think the Ducks take this series in five games though.

Gibson was one of the three stars of the week. I know he's young, but he's going to be special.

Tough round for me.
Ducks winning would make my wife happen.
Happy wife means I get away with more crap
However if the ducks win and the Kings win I am in a living hell next round.
Every time I cheer I get the evil eye.
Every time a call goes for the Kings, I get blamed or calleda cheater.
Every time it goes the Ducks way I get blamed because it is the "only" time the Kings didnt cheat
So go Stars I guess. At least if the Ducks lose in the first round I can pretend to be sad

I remember Darren Pang once saying that Roman Turek was a generational talent and that Jocelyn Thibault was the next great Quebec goalie.

It's almost as if he has no idea what he's talking about.




And Gibson is the real deal. Be interesting to see what the scouting report looks like on him in a year or two. I don't see anything that is a hole right now. Granted, small sample size, but still.
